Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette in half lengthwise and apply a thin layer of butter to each half, and cover with garlic. Slice the Président® Brie in 1/4 inch slivers, and place evenly on top of bread. Bake on baking sheet until cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve in two-inch pieces.

 

 

Add diced tomato and green onion slices before placing the cheese on top and baking.
